Ferrymen (the residents of Ukraine) are admitted to transportations of goods under the customs providing on condition that the following documents are available:

- license of Ministry of transport of Ukraine for a right for realization of international transportations of goods by a motor transport (except for transportations to the countries of CIS);
- Approval certificate of road vehicle for the transport of goods under Customs seal issued by Customs authorities of Ukraine;

During conveyance of commodities under CARNET TIR availability of approval certificate for ferrymen (for both – residents and nonresidents) is mandatory.

CARNET TIR is a document which testifies to transporting of goods and other objects on terms in obedience to Convention of 1975 year. Can be used during realization of transportations of commodities with the use of motor-car type of transport. The presence of CARNET TIR confirms assumption of road vehicle for the transport of goods under Customs seal and reality of financial guarantee. Grounds to the customs authorities to propose a lawsuit to national guarantee association (ASMAP) in the case of no delivery of goods to the customs of setting. |

- Replacement of snapshots to the approval certificate
- Registration of certificate in a customs certificate
For registration of certificate you must give the snapshots of transport vehicle.
